Discounts - add discounts for customers and selected offers.

Discount Priority Hierarchy

1. Products - maximum product discount,
2. Customers - general customer discount,
3. Discount Group - discount group priority.

Adding Maximum Product Discount

In the admin panel, go to Applications → Products

Select List

1. Edit product,
2. Enter Maximum Discount,
3. Press the Save button.

Adding Discount Group

In the admin panel, go to Applications → Discounts

Adding a Discount on Products

Select Discount Groups

Percentage Discount on Products

1. Press the Add button,
2. Check Active,
3. In the Discount Type field select On Products,
4. Enter Name,
5. Enter Discount,
   • Retail Customer - This discount will be displayed for retail customers (not assigned to any wholesale group)
   • Wholesale Customer - This discount will be displayed for wholesale customers (assigned to one of the wholesale groups). See how to mark a customer as a wholesaler.
6. In the Type field select %,
7. Check For all products,

   The discount will be shown for all products in the store.

8. Check For logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown for all customers logged in to the store.

9. Check For non-logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown for non-logged in customers in the store.

10. Check Assign to new customers,

    The discount will be assigned to newly registered customers.

11. Press the Save button.

1. Select Customers,
2. Select Selected: Add to group.

Assigning products to a discount group

Select Assign products

1. Select Products,
2. Select selected: Add to group.

Discount amount on products

1. Press the Add button,
2. Check Active,
3. In the Discount Type field, select On Products,
4. Enter the Name,
5. Enter the Discount,
   • Retail Customer - This discount will be displayed for retail customers (not assigned to any wholesale group)

6. In the Type field, select PLN,
7. Check For all products,

   The discount will be shown for all products in the store.

8. Check For logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown for all customers logged in to the store.

9. Check For non-logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown for non-logged in customers in the store.

10. Check Assign to new customers,

    The discount will be assigned to newly registered customers.

11. Press the Save button.

2. Select the checked: Add to group.

Adding a Discount to an Order

1. Press the Add button,
2. Check Active,
3. In the Discount type field select Order-based,
4. Enter the Name,
5. Enter Discount,
   • Retail customer - This discount will be displayed for retail customers (not assigned to any wholesale group)

6. In the Type field select PLN,
7. Check For logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown to all customers logged in to the store.

8. Check For non-logged in customers,

   The discount will be shown to customers not logged in to the store.

9. Check Assign to new customers,

   The discount will be assigned to newly registered customers.

10. Press the Save button.

1. Press the Add button,
2. Check Active,
3. In the Discount type field, select Set,
4. Enter the Name,
5. Enter the Discount,

6. In the Type field, select % or PLN,
7. Enter the Main product,
8. Check For logged in customers,

   The discount will be displayed for all customers logged in to the store.

9. Check For non-logged in customers,

   The discount will be displayed for customers not logged in to the store.

10. Check Assign to new customers,

    The discount will be assigned to newly registered customers.

11. Press the Save button.

Assigning Products to a Set

Select Assign products

1. Select Products,
2. Select the ticked: Add to group.

Products assigned to the discount will create a set with the main product.

The possibility of adding a set to the basket appears only on the main product card.

Select the group discount position using the and buttons.

Adding a Discount Threshold

Select Discount Thresholds

1. Press the Add button,
2. Enter the Threshold Value,

   The total amount of the customer's orders from which the customer will be automatically assigned to the discount.

3. Select Discount,
4. Press the Save button.

Discount Configuration

In the admin panel, go to Applications → Discounts

Configuration of Discounts for Wholesale Customers

1. Check Disable discounts for wholesale customers,
2. Press the Save button.

Order Discount Configuration

1. Check Disable for products on promotion,

   Order discounts will be inactive if the cart contains at least one product on promotion (in the discount group).

2. Press the Save button.

Discount Presentation Configuration

In the admin panel select Applications → Products → Presentation

1. Check Show saved amount with discount,
2. Select Discount presentation,
3. Check Show discount on:
   • Full list,
   • Recommended products and accessories,
   • Product groups - home page,
4. Press the Save button.
