SOTE Standard Hosting
The hosting service is dedicated exclusively to SOTESHOP software. When choosing the annual plan, the first 3 months of hosting for new customers are free of charge. After this period, the hosting can be renewed by paying only for the remaining 9 months.

The annual hosting cost on SOTE servers is PLN 650 net. Customers using the 3 free hosting months and remaining on SOTE servers pay only for the remaining 9 months: PLN 487.50 net. In the following year, the full 12-month hosting fee applies. After exceeding the monthly transfer limit (100 GB), an additional fee of PLN 10 is charged for every started 10 GB of extra transfer.
Technical Support
We provide free technical support as part of the service. Support access is available for 2 independent users (2 email addresses). We use the professional JIRA support system, which stores all requests in a database and provides access to request history, implementation status, and many additional features that help us deliver high-quality customer support.
All requests are analyzed by our SOTE support team.
