We have been helping our customers sell online for over 20 years. We develop our software every day to offer modern and up-to-date e-commerce solutions. There are many stores that we have been serving for over 10 years and we look at how they grow, which gives us even more motivation to work.
Our clients' storesReviews and Ratings
After a few years of adventure with our own store, we timidly approached the Sote company. Today we can say that this step was the best we could have taken. We are amazed by the level of customer service, professionalism, extraordinary patience and courtesy of all the company's employees - thanks to which we were able to go through the transformation of our store without problems and stress. We are impressed by the work put into preparing our "whims" regarding the functionality and graphics of the store. Our customers are delighted - and that's what it's all about.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Sote to anyone who wants to have a professional store at the highest level.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We approached Sote to create a modern graphic design for our store. We wanted a clear and readable design. They met our expectations. Customers are very satisfied with the functioning of our store's new website and the ease of searching for products.
We are pleased with the visualization, graphics of our online store. Sote Company has made the perfect graphic update for our needs. The whole project was done diligently according to our expectations. We highly recommend Sote Company.

We have been looking for a store offer that could meet our expectations. We wanted a platform that meets the requirements of modern internet and that is also developing.
In SOTE we found the right partner who helped us create a store in a very professional way that takes into account the specifics of our industry. The huge knowledge and very high level of culture in relationships made the cooperation in creating the store a very interesting experience. Finally, we launched a store that included our individual graphics, product presentation system and price presentation for beauty salons and trading partners. The platform also has many features that exceeded our expectations and make the store very user-friendly.
We thank and sincerely recommend cooperation with Mr. Marek Jakubowicz and the entire SOTE team.
Our e-shop's new graphic design was created exactly as we wanted. Attention was paid to aesthetics, details and timely completion of the order. We are very pleased.
I can wholeheartedly recommend working with SOTE. They have an advantage over other SaaS platforms in several areas:
1. Quality of onboarding service - I received answers to my questions immediately, on the same day. The answers were comprehensive and competent, allowing me to solve individual issues. My project was managed by one person from SOTE (Ms. Agata), who was responsible for coordinating the entire onboarding process and distributing questions and issues to the appropriate onboarding team members. Ms. Agata provided competent answers to most of the questions. In case of need, there was a possibility of direct telephone contact with individual team members.
2. Speed of work - the person who was responsible for the graphic project implementation (unfortunately I did not remember the name) worked very efficiently and methodically. He made all the comments on an ongoing basis and recommended optimal solutions. He knows the system capabilities very well and patiently explains how to implement those elements that should be implemented by the ordering party (i.e. by me). He communicated through Ms. Agata in a very structured (point by point) and fully exhaustive manner. The way the person responsible for the implementation worked made a really fantastic impression on me. The project was implemented faster than I had planned.
3. Price - the onboarding quote I received was at a very good level compared to the quotes I received from the other platforms. As it is in interactive projects, one quotes X, the other 3X, and the third 6X. The price proposed by SOTE was good, and comparing it to the quality of the team's work I can say that the quality / price ratio is really at a great level.
In conclusion: When quoting the project, I talked to several SaaS platforms. SOTE asked debriefing questions at the quotation stage, clearly indicated what would be possible and what not, prepared a clear and clear quote. It was definitely at the top of all platforms.
Due to several years of using SOTE software, we were convinced of the value of this platform, but we decided to go with the Exclusive version to get the best result. While in the conceptual phase we could benefit from a multi-faceted look at the new project and the unique expertise of the experts, during the implementation of specific solutions we experienced an incredibly professional performance of the whole team. After implementation, it turned out that the improvement of traffic parameters and, above all, the conversion clearly confirmed the correctness of this decision. From our experience it is clear that SOTE Exclusive is an excellent choice.
I have already completed several projects with SOTE, creating wonderful shops with an extraordinary graphic style, easy to use and friendly to customers. The visions that were born while designing the shops were professionally, reliably and quickly implemented by the company's team. I would especially like to thank the owner of the company, Mr. Mark, who is a warm, kind, always ready to help person, which gives a feeling of security when creating something completely new for the future. I thank the whole team and I can honestly recommend the SOTE company!
I highly recommend the SOTE.pl e-commerce software - I have been using their services for over 10 years. The store is easy to use, adapted to Polish realities and integrated with necessary tools such as payments, installment purchases, price comparison, language versions support and, above all, availability of current updates.
The best opinion about our work are the stores of our clients.
