Google Customer Reviews in SOTESHOP on-line store

In a nutshell, a customer who has purchased a product from your on-line store, will see, on the last page of their order, a request for sharing their opinion. If the customer agrees to share his/her opinion, Google, based on the data provided in the order, will send a transaction related survey. Based on the customers’ feedback, Google will allocate a respective star rating to the store. The rating will be displayed in search results, at the link to the store. With our Application, you can also display your store rating on the store page.
