Description

The OpSync integrator enables the import of orders and the two-way exchange of information about goods between e-commerce and Comarch Optima.

Using the program is very simple and comes down to selecting from the list of orders that you want to import (the program automatically selects orders that have already been processed). It's just as easy to update inventory information, such as inventory and prices.

The program has an extensive configuration; enables e.g. assigning orders to the appropriate category, filling in the "Comments" field according to the given pattern, handling separate delivery addresses, document types and others.

The main functionalities of the program:

  • Import of orders from SOTESHOP to Comarch Optima (selection: PF, RO or invoice/receipt)
  • Export of goods from Comarch Optima to SOTESHOP
  • Import of goods from SOTESHOP to Comarch Optima
  • Two-way synchronization of goods (prices, stock levels, names, EAN codes)
  • Category support
  • Support for any number of accounts
  • Mapping VAT rates to countries

Example application

  • Orders flow from the store to Comarch Optima, which are packed and carried out by the store's staff.
  • After the order is completed, its status in the store changes, about which the customer is additionally informed by an appropriate e-mail.
  • In addition, stock levels are synchronized (the store also sells stationary) and prices (they change often, their amount depends on specific deliveries).

Requirements and Compatibility

  • Comarch Optima in the current version as of the date of installation of the integrator, available modules: Trade, Invoices, Cash/Bank
  • Microsoft Windows 10 or 11; Windows Server 2016 or later
  • At least one free access license for the Trade and Cash/Bank (or Cash/Bank Plus) module.
