Checking Request Status

  1. Select Requests,
  2. Select Created by me or All,
  3. Use filters to find the requests you are interested in,
  4. Select the request, check its status and the response from the service.

Resuming Request

  1. Select Answer the support department,
  2. Enter content,
  3. Press the Answer the support department button.

Evaluating Request

  1. Receive the message with the response from the service,
  2. Rate the quality of the request handling,
  3. Write a comment,
  4. Press the Add comment button.
