Wholesalers in SOTESHOP. New integrations and data import features.

We have added a new integration system with wholesalers and data import to the SOTESHOP 8 online store. It allows for easy integration with new wholesalers and includes useful features such as: downloading and updating products, adding margins, assigning categories, availability and many more.

Data Integration Features

Integrations with wholesalers are based on a new advanced cyclic data import system, which includes:

• Import and update product data: name, description, price, stock status, photos, etc.
• Automatic and cyclic import.
• Number of imports performed without limits.
• Advanced management of imported product categories.
• Margins on the entire assortment or individual import categories.
• Ability to exclude part of the assortment from import.
• Setting product availability based on data in wholesaler files.
• Linking and marking products imported from a given wholesaler.
• Independent option to import photos.
• Import of product attributes.
• Ability to download data from multiple files.
• Support for different data formats.
• Integration with the task schedule.
• Report of imports performed.

Management of cyclic imports is available from the store panel menu: Products->Cyclic import

New offer of integration with wholesalers

The integration system with wholesalers is available as standard software for all versions of SOTESHOP 8. Comparison of import functions depending on the version.

We do not charge additional monthly fees for using the selected wholesaler. The store can choose any wholesaler from the ready integrations and use it without daily import limits. If more active imports are needed, just change the subscription and add new integrations.

Cyclic import SOTESHOP

This is an import that is available in every version of SOTESHOP and is not counted towards the limit. It can be used for any cyclic import of data.

Wholesalers

Integration with a specific wholesaler can be downloaded from WebStore. The list of wholesalers is updated regularly and we will add new integrations.

If there is no wholesaler on the list from which you want to import data, contact us by writing to the address office@sote.pl we will provide information whether the wholesaler will appear in WebStore or we will propose an individual import.

Previous individual imports

Imports previously made by SOTE from wholesalers do not count towards the limit and work independently. The new system does not change their functioning.
