SOTESHOP AI is a rapidly evolving software, with dozens of updates released every month.
We recommend clicking “Update” in the store admin panel at least once a month to download the latest version.
Regular updates take the least time, ensure stable store performance, and can be done самостоятельно. Our technical team is available to help in case of any questions or issues.
For stores that have not been updated for many months, we offer a service to update them to the latest version. Installing update packages from multiple months is not covered by our standard technical support, as it is much more time-consuming compared to regular updates.
Additionally, on February 1, 2026, we discontinued the old update system. Therefore, stores that were not updated between October 2025 and January 2026 require a service due to migration to the new update system.
