Obtaining an API key

The API key for the InPost courier is the same as for InPost Parcel Machines. If you have Parcel Machines configured in your store, you do not need to generate an API key. See how to add InPost Courier to the delivery form.

1. Go to the page https://manager.paczkomaty.pl/auth/login,
2. Log in to your InPost account,
3. Go to the My account tab,
4. Select the API tab,
5. Click Generate,Before generating an API key, make sure that all company data in My Account → Data is completed. In the window that appears, click Generate, In the List of ShipX API tokens field, the token to be copied will appear.

   Enabling InPost Courier in the store

   
   1. Select Enable,
   2. Enter the Token (API key),
   3. Press the Save button.
   
   1. Select Organization,
   2. Select Change order status to,
   1. Select Label Type,
   2. Select Label Format,
   3. Select Shipping Method,
   4. Enter Company Name,
   5. Enter First Name,
   6. Enter Last Name,
   7. Enter Email,
   8. Enter Phone Number,
   9. Select Country,
   10. Enter Street,
   11. Enter Building/Unit Number,
   12. Enter City,
   13. Enter Postal Code,
   14. Press the Save button.

   Test Mode

   1. Check Test Mode,
   2. Enter API Key (Token),

      The API Key/Token for test mode is different from the one for production mode.

   3. Press the Save button.

   2. Select Change Order Status to,
   3. Select Label Type,
   4. Select Label Format,
   5. Select Shipping Method,
   6. Enter Company Name,
   7. Enter First Name,
   8. Enter Last Name,
   9. Enter Email,
   10. Enter Phone Number,
   11. Select Country,
   12. Enter Street,
   13. Enter Building/Unit Number,
   14. Enter City,
   15. Enter Postal Code,
   16. Press the Save button.

   Setting the Default Parcel Machine

   1. In the Shipping Method field, select Parcel Machine Drop-off,
   2. Select the Sender's Parcel Machine by clicking the Select Point button,
   3. Press the Save button.

   Adding InPost Courier to Deliveries

   In the admin panel, go to Applications → Deliveries

   1. Select Deliveries,
   2. Press the Add button,
   3. Check Active,
   4. In the Group field, select InPost - Courier,
   5. Select Zone,
   6. Enter Name,
   7. Enter Basic cost,
   8. Enable Payments,
   9. Enter Package size,
   10. Press the Save button.

   Sending a package

   1. Edit the order,
   2. Press Send shipment,
   3. Check / fill in the data,
   4. Add Packages,
   5. Press the Create and pay for the package button.

   Package records

   In the administrative panel go to Applications → InPost

   Select Package list

   
   1. Edit the package,
   2. Press the Download label button.

   Pickup orders

   In the administrative panel go to Applications → InPost → Pickup orders.
