Customer contact is very important, so it is worth taking care of the possibility of talking to customers in an online store. Sometimes it is enough to provide a phone number and email address, in other cases it is worth using online chat.

It should also be remembered that even the best technological solutions cannot replace a conversation. This applies in particular to specialist or specialist products that require additional knowledge to make a good choice. Often the knowledge of the seller is key to making a decision to purchase a particular item.
