SOTE AI is an additional service for online stores based on SOTESHOP. It includes advanced AI tools to support running an online store, fully integrated with the SOTESHOP program. It enables the creation of product descriptions, blog posts, translations, and other elements using AI directly from the store panel. It utilizes artificial intelligence mechanisms, including those used by Chat GPT, and additionally contains unique AI solutions created by SOTE.

SOTE AI Configuration

To function, the SOTE AI service is required.

To activate the SOTE AI service, you need an OpenAI API key

In the administration panel, go to Applications → SOTE AI

Check Enable,
Paste the OpenAI API Key,
See how to generate an OpenAI key
Press the Save button.

Exporting data to SOTE AI

Feature available only within SOTE AI PRO

Go to Export SOTE AI data,
Click the Export data button.
The export process will send product data to the SOTE AI service. They will then be processed using artificial intelligence to be used for suggesting accessories, recommended products, and similar ones.

The export is completed when the progress bar is filled.

The data processing process takes place in the background (on SOTE servers) and depending on the number of products, it can take from 15 minutes to several hours. The end of the process will be notified by the appropriate notification.
