In the WebStore, new applications have appeared: Product Inquiry and HomebookPixel.

Product Inquiry

The application allows you to add a product inquiry to the product card. This will allow customers to get missing information, ask about product details, availability or even suggest their own price when ordering a large number of pieces. Inquiries can be enabled for all products or selected products.

HomebookPixel

The HomebookPixel tool supports product campaign management in the Homebook service. HomebookPixel provides even better product positioning and helps to more precisely select communication channels that support sales.

HomebookPixel uses browser cookies. The tool provides information not only about the transaction made, but also about the products that were added to the basket, but the sale was not finalized. With this knowledge, you can actively support transaction finalization, using internal remarketing and positioning on the offer list. In the event of a change in the availability status of the product in the store, HomebookPixel will enable a quick response, which will result in, among other things, reduced costs.
