Returns handling - new feature in SOTESHOP 8. It includes automation and simplification of the returns and complaints handling process, both for customers and sellers. Updates are available as standard for all versions of SOTESHOP 8. We encourage you to update and use the new store features.

We have prepared a new price history update that adjusts the SOTESHOP online store to the changes that came into effect on January 1, 2023. Among other things, there is an option to show the lowest price on the product card in the last 30 days before the discount, advanced discount handling and additional configuration.
