New version of SOTE AI PRO - Chat and AI Assistant across the entire store. New monthly subscriptions!

We have released a new version of SOTE AI PRO, where Chat AI works on every page of the store - from products to informational pages and the blog. The AI Assistant has become a guide throughout the entire store, and responses are now more accurate, clearer, and better tailored to customer needs.

Monthly subscriptions for SOTE AI

Update – as of October 7, 2025, monthly subscriptions are also available for both SOTE AI Standard and SOTE AI PRO. Choose the best option – both in terms of functionality and payment method.

Chat AI across the entire store

Previously, Chat AI mainly worked on product pages – answering questions about features and parameters, suggesting similar products, and facilitating comparisons. Now its capabilities have been expanded, and Chat AI is available on all store pages.

Thanks to this, customers can ask not only about products, but also about content from informational pages such as:

• Terms and conditions
• Returns and complaints
• Payments
• Contact
• Blog posts

The AI Assistant thus becomes a guide throughout the entire store – answering questions, helping find information, and supporting purchasing decisions.

New presentation of recommended products

In the new version, we have also introduced a clearer presentation of recommendations. Previously, products appeared only within the conversation. Now they are also displayed in a dedicated “Assistant Suggestions” panel next to the chat. This allows customers to immediately see a list of related products along with images and prices.

Benefits for customers:

• Products remain visible alongside the conversation at all times.
• Easier comparison of multiple options.
• Immediate access to product details with one click.
• Faster and more convenient shopping experience.

This solution combines the advantages of AI conversation and clear product presentation – similar to a physical store, where a salesperson advises and the customer immediately sees options on the shelf.

Chat icon always at hand

The AI Assistant is now available throughout the entire store, and a new, more visible chat icon encourages users to seek help. Customers can be sure that wherever they are in the store, support is always available.

Improved quality and presentation of responses

In the latest update, we have significantly improved how Chat AI works. The Assistant now responds more precisely, consistently, and substantively, and its general knowledge has been expanded, enabling more complete and accurate answers.

We have also improved the presentation of responses - they are now clearer and better structured, allowing customers to find the information they need faster. This makes interactions with the AI Assistant more transparent and convenient.

It is worth highlighting the differences between the versions:

• SOTE AI Standard – responds mainly based on the content of the product page the customer is currently viewing, as well as general knowledge.
• SOTE AI PRO – analyzes the entire store database: products, blog, and informational pages. As a result, responses are more complete and accurate, and the more content in the store, the better the Chat performs.

The new version of SOTE AI therefore provides greater control over the Assistant’s knowledge and ensures security – responses are based exclusively on content available in your store.

How to enable Chat AI across the entire store

If you already have Chat AI active in your store, simply enable the new option "Enable Chat AI on all pages".

1. Go to: Admin panel -> AI -> Chat AI -> Configuration.
2. Select the option: Enable Chat AI on all pages.
3. Save changes.

Including informational pages and blog posts

1. Go to: Admin panel -> AI -> SOTE AI Configuration -> Export data to SOTE AI.
2. Run content export (products, informational pages, blog).
3. After processing is complete, Chat AI will automatically start searching and using additional pages in responses.
