SOTESHOP AI 8.4.3 Online Store

A new version of the SOTESHOP AI 8.4.3 online store software has been released. Since version 8.4.2, we have introduced the “One-click return” feature, merged the SOTESHOP AI and SOTE AI services, expanded customer monitoring and the discount system, and added integration with KSeF and support for the deposit return system. We have also released the new Formo theme, expanded scheduled import capabilities, and introduced many other fixes and improvements. Update your store to the latest version and take advantage of the new SOTESHOP AI features.

Key changes

• The SOTESHOP AI and SOTE AI services have been merged into a single SOTESHOP AI service. SOTE AI features are now available at no additional cost, while subscription prices remain unchanged.
• A new “One-click return” feature compliant with current requirements concerning the right to withdraw from a contract.
• A new product page image gallery offering faster performance, more convenient navigation and image zooming, and improved support for mobile devices. The gallery also works with product options and the Product Video Gallery application.
• Integration with KSeF, enabling invoices to be submitted and their status retrieved from the administration panel, with support for GTU codes and QR codes on invoice printouts.
• Support for the deposit return system in the sales and order processes, including the option to assign deposits to product options.
• Expanded customer monitoring with new activity reports, conversion charts, and information about users’ devices and browsers.
• New discount system capabilities, including fixed-amount discount codes and additional information about discounts and the products covered by them in the customer account.
• Product mapping in scheduled imports, with the ability to exclude products from imports, set individual markups, and link imported data to existing products in the store.
• A new Formo theme included as standard with the SOTESHOP software.

19. VAT rates: Verified and updated VAT rates in EU countries, including Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, and Slovakia.
20. Contact form: Improved the content of email messages sent to the administrator.
21. Sample data: Updated sample short and full product descriptions in 16 themes, ensuring consistent and appropriately tailored content in the Polish and English versions.
