Customers Who Purchased SOTE AI
Customers with an active SOTE AI subscription will not lose their prepaid service period. Starting from May 15, 2026, the unused value of the SOTE AI subscription will be proportionally added to the next SOTESHOP AI subscription renewal.
This means that during the next renewal, the SOTESHOP AI subscription will be automatically extended by a period corresponding to the remaining value of the active SOTE AI subscription.
How to Check the SOTE AI Service in Your Store
To check the active SOTE AI service in your online store, log in to the administration panel and navigate to: AI → SOTE AI Configuration.
Next, click the refresh icon located next to the service name. After refreshing, the current service version matching your SOTESHOP AI plan and the subscription expiration date will be displayed.
If the SOTE AI service has not yet been activated, the appropriate service version corresponding to your SOTESHOP AI plan will be automatically activated during the setup process.
