SOTESHOP AI includes integration with the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), enabling invoice handling in the new standard directly from within the store. The system allows users to prepare documents compliant with the required schema, send them, and receive feedback. The integration has been designed to support invoice management within a single environment, without the need to use external systems.

What is KSeF?

The National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) is a platform in which invoices follow a defined, standardized structure and are transmitted electronically. Once sent, each document receives a unique identification number and is stored in the system. In practice, this means a change in how invoices are issued and circulated compared to previous solutions.

Features Available in SOTESHOP

The integration covers the key elements required to work with the system:

  • generation of invoices in a structure compliant with the required format,
  • sending invoices directly from the store to the system,
  • receiving the identifier assigned to the document,
  • saving information about the transmission status,
  • linking invoices to store orders,
  • working based on sales data already available in the system,
  • handling access configuration (authorization, token),
  • preparing the company data required for issuing documents.

This functionality is available in SOTESHOP AI PRO and SOTESHOP AI VIP.

The scope of functionality may change as the system evolves and regulations are updated.
