The SOTESHOP online store is changing its name to SOTESHOP AI. This is not just a name change — along with it, we are introducing many new AI features to the store. The first is making AI features available by default, free of charge, for all stores as part of the SOTE AI Start service. Stores already using SOTE AI will receive significantly higher AI credit limits. Additionally, we have introduced features that allow AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and many others to recommend products from stores in AI-generated answers. This is a new, free, and modern channel for acquiring new customers. What’s more, every customer using SOTESHOP 8 automatically gets SOTESHOP AI and new capabilities - all you need to do is update your store. It’s a great start to 2026.

SOTESHOP + SOTE AI = SOTESHOP AI

The SOTESHOP AI online store was created by combining SOTESHOP and SOTE AI. We introduced a new SOTE AI Start service, which can be activated for free in any store. SOTE AI Start features can be enabled with a single click in the configuration, as we simplified the process to the minimum so that anyone can start using AI features immediately.

With SOTESHOP AI, you can launch AI Chat in your store and automatically generate content such as product descriptions, SEO data, blog posts, category and manufacturer descriptions, as well as enable AI Search with product and category recommendations. This significantly reduces the time needed to manage your store, helps you prepare your offer faster, improves visibility in search engines, and enhances communication with customers. SOTE AI offer

With the introduction of SOTESHOP AI, we launched a new SOTE AI offering. Every store can activate SOTE AI Start for free or choose another plan with greater capabilities. Current plans and key changes:

• SOTE AI Start - new free plan
• SOTE AI Standard - existing plan with higher limits and a new price
• SOTE AI PRO - existing plan with higher limits
• SOTE AI VIP - new plan for demanding customers, the best option for large stores

In SOTE AI Standard, PRO, and VIP services, there are no limits on content generation (including product descriptions) on the admin panel side. Within SOTE AI Start, each store can generate, for example, up to 100 product descriptions per month for free. Additionally, separate AI credits are available for customer responses in AI Chat.

Below is a comparison of current limits for AI chat conversations and responses. One AI chat conversation can include up to 20 responses.

• SOTE AI Start - 500 conversations and up to 10,000 responses
• SOTE AI Standard - 2,000 conversations and up to 40,000 responses (2× more)
• SOTE AI PRO - 5,000 conversations and up to 100,000 responses (2× more)
• SOTE AI VIP - 10,000 conversations and up to 200,000 responses

Each store can choose any service and use exactly the features it needs. This provides full flexibility and allows AI to be tailored to the size and needs of the store.
