Sales reports in SOTESHOP
In the latest update, we added a sales reports feature in orders. Reports are integrated with order filters, allowing you to generate them based on Status, Value, Time ranges, and many other parameters. Additionally, we introduced a separate report presenting Allegro sales summaries. The feature is available for all SOTESHOP 8 stores. Update your store and take advantage of the new possibilities.
Sales reports
The new reporting feature is available on the orders list — both from the menu and via a button located below the displayed orders. You can freely filter orders and generate reports for the currently displayed list:
- Sales value
- Number of orders
- Average order value
Additionally, below the charts there is a summary, including the Median order value — complementing the standard average.
Sales range
We added predefined sales ranges. By default, reports for the last 30 days are displayed — the same applies to the order list. Available ranges:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days — default
- Current month
- Previous month
- Current year
- Previous year
- Custom range
Allegro orders
Similar reports are also available for Allegro orders. You can find them in the menu: Orders → Reports → Allegro orders. This allows you to easily review orders from Allegro and generate charts based on selected filters.
Summary
The new sales reports are a tool that allows you to analyze store performance faster, compare periods, monitor trends, and accurately evaluate order values — both in your store and on Allegro. Thanks to integration with filters and predefined date ranges, generating analyses has become convenient and intuitive. The update significantly simplifies working with sales and enables better business decisions.
