Help customers find products in your store with the new AI search

On the final stretch before the holiday rush, we have a gift for our customers in the form of improved AI search. In the new version, the artificial intelligence system helps customers find products even better by suggesting not only products, but also categories and similar phrases. As a result, searching becomes faster, more accurate, and leads to more effective purchases for both new and returning customers.

AI Search

The AI search feature is available in the SOTE AI PRO service and can significantly improve your store’s performance. Customers find products faster, reach the right categories more often, and abandon searches less frequently. If you are not using this service yet, now is the perfect time to enable it. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available.

New AI search features

AI search understands the meaning of the entered phrase, unlike traditional search, which only compares letters in words. As a result, it better interprets customer intent and returns more accurate results.

This delivers a completely new level of quality and a significantly improved shopping experience for customers.

Previously, AI search primarily returned products. In the latest update, it has gained new capabilities and can now also display related categories and suggest similar search phrases. This helps customers find what they need faster, reduces typing errors, and makes it easier to navigate to the right sections of the store. As a result, shopping convenience, result accuracy, and the likelihood of completing an order all increase.

How to enable the new AI search features?

If you already have AI search enabled, go to the panel menu: AI > AI Search > Configuration and select the following options:

• Display products
• Display categories
• Display suggestions

Note!
If after enabling the above features the suggested AI categories do not appear, it may be necessary to rebuild the AI data. In this case, please contact us by sending an email to office@sote.pl. We will perform this update immediately and free of charge so that your store can use the new features as soon as possible.
